This rub screams “BEEF”. Although this rub was developed for brisket, we use it on our steaks and hamburgers as well. It is a flavorful rub consisting of powerful spices in different sizes that allows one to cook slow or hot and fast without fear of burning their meat up because of too much sugar. This rub has garnered us more Perfect scores in KCBS competitions that any other rub.
